Q: My bronze / brass jewelry is turning my skin green. Why is this happening and what can I do?

A: Some people have strong reactions to bronze and brass especially on the fingers, while others have no reaction at all; everyone's skin is different. If you are susceptible to these reactions, we suggest purchasing sterling silver jewelry. 

Q: Can I return exchange my jewelry?

A: Yes, you have 7 days from when your jewelry arrives to request a return. And, 30 days from when your jewelry arrives to request a exchange. Please note the items must be unused and in mint condition. You can learn more on our return and exchange policy.
