Order Processing and Shipping
Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process and ship, unless otherwise noted. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 3: 00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday, this includes Next Day and International Priority Shipments. Please note that once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your Ground order to be processed and shipped. Free ground shipping for all orders valuing $200 or higher via UPS. All domestic shipments are shipped via UPS and will require a signature upon delivery if the value of the contents are $500 or more.
We are NOT able to ship to PO BOXES. Please note that if an order is placed with a PO BOX as the shipping address, we will kindly ask you to provide an alternate shipping address.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, and Friday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. All international orders are shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS Worldwide. The price of International Shipping varies on location and is calculated upon checkout. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The international shipping cost incurred at the time of check out is non-refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an International Shipment is refused by the receiver.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accommodate customer pickups. If you would like your order hand-delivered, we can arrange a messenger service for an additional fee based on location. For all messenger service requests, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include Contact Info, Order # and desired Drop-Off location.
Exchange and Returns

- Silver, brass, and gold plated items (Fashion Collection) are eligible for refunds upon return request. - All 18k Gold, 14k Gold, 10k Gold pieces (Fine Collection, Demi-Fine Collection, Piercing Collection) are eligible for exchange only.
Return and exchange requests for all items must be made within 14 days of delivery, and are subject to approval.
Please reach out to email@example.com to initiate an exchange or return request. Once the request is approved, the original item(s) must be sent back within 10 days, otherwise the return or exchange is no longer eligible.
We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
Return shipping is free of charge for orders with a value greater than $500.

Items purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code equal to or greater than 15% are final sale and non-refundable (exchanges are available upon approval).
