We offer a one year limited warranty for all our pieces. For any issues within that time frame, please fill out our Contact Form here. Please include Contact Info, Order # or Full Name of Purchaser with Date of Purchase and you will receive a repair quote or solution from our PL Customer Service Team within 3-5 business days.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.
Purchased From Another Stockist
Items purchased from other retailers: Please contact the stockist that you originally purchased the piece from. Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate repair requests for items purchased from other retailers.
Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process and ship, unless otherwise noted. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 3: 00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday, this includes Next Day and International Priority Shipments. Once shipped, we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact email@example.com.

Please note that once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your Ground order to be processed and shipped. Free ground shipping for all orders valuing $200 or higher via UPS. All domestic shipments are shipped via UPS and will require a signature upon delivery if the value of the contents are $500 or more.
We are NOT able to ship to PO BOXES. Please note that if an order is placed with a PO BOX as the shipping address, we will kindly ask you to provide an alternate shipping address.

UPS Ground Expected Delivery from NYC: 3 - 7 business days
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accommodate customer pickups. If you would like your order hand-delivered, we can arrange a messenger service for an additional fee based on location. For all messenger service requests, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include Contact Info, Order # and desired Drop-Off location.

- Silver, brass, and gold plated items (Fashion Collection) are eligible for refunds upon return request.
- All 18k Gold, 14k Gold, 10k Gold pieces (Fine Collection, Demi-Fine Collection, Piercing Collection) are eligible for exchange only.
Return and exchange requests for all items must be made within 14 days of delivery. Once the request is approved, the original item(s) must be sent back within 10 days, otherwise the return or exchange is no longer eligible.
At this time, international orders, jewelry used to pierce with, piercing threaded backs (additional units), items purchased as an exchange or with store credit, customized pieces (including custom ring sizing), One-of-a-Kind, special orders, deposits for custom work, gift cards, and service fees. Items purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code equal to or greater than 15% are final sale and non-refundable (exchanges are available upon approval).
