Returns Policy

Please e-mail returns@pamelalovenyc.com for all return and exchange requests in order to receive a Return Authorization number. Please title the subject of your email either “Return” or “Exchange” followed by your order number.

Please note that all returns or exchanges sent to Pamela Love without a Return Authorization number will be shipped back to the sender.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

Common Questions

Q: How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
A: For Pamela Love pieces we accept returns or exchanges for unworn jewelry as long as a request is made within 7 days of delivery.

For Pamela Love Fine pieces (all 10k, 18k, and platinum) returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. 

All returns must be unworn and sent back in their original packaging and pass an internal inspection. Any returns without packaging or that show signs of wear will not be accepted and will be shipped back to sender.

Q: How can I exchange an item?
A: If you are interested in exchanging an item, please return the original item purchased, and you will be issued a credit minus the cost of shipping. You can then place a new order or a secure invoice for the exchange can be emailed to you. We do not cover the cost of shipping for domestic and international exchanges.

Q: Can I drop off an item in person for a return or exchange?
A: Sorry, we do not accept drop-offs for any returns or exchanges.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: All refunds will be processed minus the shipping charge within 3 days of receipt at our studio. We do not cover the cost of shipping for returns. The amount of time your refund is reflected in your account balance depends on your bank, but typically it takes 3-5 business days for banks to process refunds once we've issued them.

Q: What items are final sale?
A: International shipments, items on markdown, items purchased as an exchange or with store credit, preorders, customized pieces including ring sizes, special orders, deposits on custom work, and items purchased during promotional events or seasonal sales such as Black Friday or sample sales, and items purchased using a discount code of more than 10%.

 

Q: Can I return an item from the Pamela Love Fine?
A: All 10k, 18k, and platinum pieces may be returned but the return must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.

Q: Can I return or exchange a special order?
A: All special orders including custom sizes for rings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: I paid a deposit for a custom piece of jewelry and changed my mind? Can I get a refund?
A: Deposits for custom work are non-refundable.
