Returns Policy

Please e-mail shop@pamelalove.com for all returns and exchanges in order to receive a Return Authorization number. Please title the subject of your email either “Return” or “Exchange” followed by your order number.

Please note that all returns or exchanges sent to Pamela Love without a Return Authorization number will be shipped back to the sender.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

Q: How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
A: We accept returns or exchanges for unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery.

Q: How can I exchange an item?
A: If you are interested in exchanging an item, please return the original item purchased, and you will be issued a credit minus the cost of shipping. You can then place a new order or a secure invoice for the exchange can be emailed to you. We do not cover the cost of shipping for domestic and international exchanges.

Q: Can I drop off an item in person for a return or exchange?
A: Sorry, we do not accept drop-offs for any returns or exchanges.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: All refunds will be processed minus the shipping charge within 1-3 days of receipt at our studio. We do not cover the cost of shipping for domestic or international returns. The amount of time your refund is reflected in your account balance depends on your bank, but typically it takes 3-5 business days for banks to process refunds once we've issued them.

Q: What items are non-refundable?
A: Items marked Final Sale, items on markdown, items paid with store credit or purchased as an exchange, items that are pre-ordered, customized pieces, deposits on custom work, special orders including ring sizes, items purchased during special promotional events or seasonal sales, items marked as "exchange only" and items from our fine jewelry collection cannot be returned. Deposits for custom work are non-refundable.

Q: Can I return an item from the Pamela Love Fine?
A: All 10k, 18k, and platinum pieces may be returned for store credit only. No refunds are eligible for fine jewelry.

Q: Can I return or exchange a special order?
A: All special orders including custom sizes for rings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: I paid a deposit for a custom piece of jewelry and changed my mind? Can I get a refund?
A: Deposits for custom work are non-refundable.
