Please include Contact Info, Order # or Full Name of Purchaser with Date of Purchase and you will receive a repair quote or solution from our PL Customer Service Team within 3-5 business days.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.

Items purchased from other retailers: Please contact the stockist that you originally purchased the piece from. Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate repair requests for items purchased from other retailers.

Order Processing

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process and ship, unless otherwise noted. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 3: 00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday, this includes Next Day and International Priority Shipments. Once shipped, we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact customersupport@pamelalove.com.

Only one discount can be applied per order at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for your Ground order to be processed and shipped. Free ground shipping for all orders valuing $200 or higher via UPS. All domestic shipments are shipped via UPS and will require a signature upon delivery if the value of the contents are $500 or more.

We are NOT able to ship to PO BOXES. Please note that if an order is placed with a PO BOX as the shipping address, we will kindly ask you to provide an alternate shipping address.

UPS Ground Expected Delivery from NYC: 3 - 7 business days

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accommodate customer pickups. If you would like your order hand-delivered, we can arrange a messenger service for an additional fee based on location. For all messenger service requests, please email us at customersupport@pamelalove.com. Please include Contact Info, Order # and desired Drop-Off location.

In the event of a claim for damaged items received, customers are kindly requested to provide evidence demonstrating that the damage occurred during transit. We reserve the right to investigate claims thoroughly to ensure the integrity of our policies and the quality of our service. Damaged items can only be exchanged for a replacement or store credit.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

 - Please note: items purchased using a discount code equal to or higher than 15% off are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

- Store credit will expire 4 months from the date issued.

- Gift cards will expire one-year from the date of purchase.
