We offer a one year limited warranty for all our pieces. For any issues within that time frame, please fill out our Contact Form here. Please include Contact Info, Order # or Full Name of Purchaser with Date of Purchase and you will receive a repair quote or solution from our PL Customer Service Team within 3-5 business days.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.

Purchased From Another Stockist

Items purchased from other retailers: Please contact the stockist that you originally purchased the piece from. Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate repair requests for items purchased from other retailers.

Order Processing

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process and ship, unless otherwise noted. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 3: 00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday, this includes Next Day and International Priority Shipments. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact shop@pamelalove.nyc.com.

Please note that once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Domestic Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for your Ground order to be processed and shipped. Free ground shipping for all orders valuing $200 or higher via UPS. All domestic shipments are shipped via UPS and will require a signature upon delivery if the value of the contents are $500 or more.

UPS Next Day: Expected Delivery 1-2 days

UPS Second Day Expected Delivery: 2-3 business days

UPS Ground Expected Delivery from NYC: 3 - 7 business days

If your country is not available to ship to, please email shipping@pamelalove.com and we will assist you with your purchase.

Messenger Service

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accommodate customer pickups. If you would like your order hand-delivered, we can arrange a messenger service for an additional fee based on location. For all messenger service requests, please email us at shop@pamelalove.com. Please include Contact Info, Order # and desired Drop-Off location.
